Rest day tomorrow!

So, legs are pretty wrecked after another increase in training this week,  relieved to have a full rest day tomorrow with some mileage and racing on the weekend. Fitness levels are definately improving, feeling fitter and stronger everyday and the day off tomorrow is just what I need to recover for the weekend.
